We literally transformed this house from an outdated traditional Spanish house to a bright and dreamy contemporary home.

 

The house had good bones:  high ceilings, lots of windows, and a charming courtyard. What it really needed was a whole new updated look which was achieved by replacing the old dark floor with light bamboo flooring, opening up the kitchen, and revising all the electrical plans. Final touches were added by choosing designer inspired lighting fixtures, neutral furnishings paired with one of a kind colorful vintage pieces.
